The Londonners are biking! There is a new 'bike to work scheme' in London, where your employer will buy a bike and all the add-ons you need (you get to choose what ever you are after), and you pay it back over a year, tax free in monthly installments direct out of your pay. Apparently the scheme is getting great buy-in - and from what I saw, there are lots of people biking - and some great bikes!
